Intermediate Unit 1 Center for STEM Education
IU1 is a regional educational agency serving 25 school districts in Southwestern Pennsylvania. For more than a decade, IU1's STEM Center has represented a dynamic partnership between local school districts, institutions of higher education, and the foundation community. We continue to roll-out best practice K–12 STEM programs, and we are committed to:
- Providing graduate level courses for educators
- Implementing research-based curricula
- Offering summer camps for students
